Welcome to Huish Primary School, part of the Yeovil Area Community Academy Trust (YACAT).
Huish is a friendly and very successful Primary School and has as the highest expectations for all pupils. Our hard-working and child focused team strive to ensure all our children achieve their full potential, regardless of background or starting point.
Through our broad and balanced curriculum, which extends beyond the school, we expect high standards from all our pupils. Our Growth Mindset approach encourages resilience and independence, accepting that some of the most valuable things in life are not achieved without hard work.
