Sports Grant Funding
Funding is allocated to all schools with primary aged children to improve the quality of Sport and PE provision for all their pupils, as well as having the freedom to choose how they do this.
We are thrilled to be able to use this funding to inspire all our children, regardless of ability, and to provide a lasting, sustainable and positive effect on PE and Sport within school and our community.
We strongly believe in the health, social and emotional benefits of high quality Sport and PE for all our children and believe that the enhanced provision and enriched programme that the Sports Premium funding is helping us to provide will ensure maximum impact on learning both in and beyond the school environment.
The aims of the school are:
- To increase the breadth and quality of the curriculum PE in all classes
- To increase the PE skills of all pupils to enable secondary readiness
- To increase the opportunities of pupils after school
