Year 4 Science - Sounds (Pitch and Volume)

To conclude our topic on sound, we had a go at designing and creating our very own musical instruments. As part of our planning process, we had to think about the materials we would use and how we would go about making them. We also had to consider how we could change the volume and pitch of the sounds created by our instruments. In today's lesson, we used recycled materials to create the instruments. Later in the lesson, we had the chance to share them with the rest of the class!
