KS2 Author Visit
On Thursday 9th October, we were very lucky to have Becca Rogers, author of ‘The Girl With Gills’, visit our school and speak to our children in Key Stage Two. She captured their attention and inspired creativity through a mixture of storytelling and writing prompts, keeping all of the children excited, enthused and engaged throughout. Becca then took the time to speak individually to all of the children receiving a signed book, which absolutely made their day. An absolutely brilliant morning! The children are still sharing all of their wonderful ideas for writing, inspired by Becca, days later. Thank you to Yeovil Waterstones for arranging the visit.
