Breakfast Club
The Breakfast Club aims to:
- Provide the highest possible standard of care in a secure, caring and supportive environment, where children feel comfortable and happy before starting the school day
- Enable children to eat breakfast before school in a pleasant and relaxed environment.
- Employ caring, qualified supervisory staff.
The Breakfast Club will provide a:
- Healthy breakfast including cereal, toast, and drink.
- Choice of activity after breakfast such as table top games, drawing and other indoor activities.
- Calm atmosphere where children can relax ready for the day ahead
Our Menu
- Selection of cereal with semi-skimmed milk
- Options of toasted bread, pancakes and crumpets are available throughout the week with low fat spread and jam, honey, lemon curd and marmite
- Orange juice, apple juice, milk or water
- Breakfast is served up until 8.20 am
Getting to Class
- Year R and 1 children are walked down to their classroom by an adult at the start of the day.
- Year 2 to Year 6 — as the children from their classes enter the school grounds, the children join them to head to class.
Opening Times
The breakfast club will be open from 7.45 am to 8.45 am
Dropping Off
Staff will open the pedestrian gate at 7.45 am. If you arrive after this time, please buzz the gate to be let into the school grounds.
Parents will need to park around the perimeter of the school on the single yellow lines. There is no restriction until 8.15. Please DO NOT use the School Car Park as staff will be arriving at this time.
What is the cost?
Breakfast Club is £3.60 per whole or part session.
All payments and bookings should be made via the MCAS app.
Childcare vouchers can also be accepted. Please speak to the school office to arrange this.
How do I book?
You can book via MCAS uploading the funds selecting the sessions that you want your child to attend. This can be either completed termly or on a week by week basis. The deadline for booking is a 7 days prior to the session required.
